Assuming PM responsibilities following a company restructuring has reshaped how I design. I learned to balance user needs with technical constraints and business prioritieis enabling faster, more confident decisions and higher impact design outcomes.c
Industry experience
Nearly five years at my current company has expose me to a range of working models, from sprint-based delivery with PMs, to direct collaboration with the CTO, to operating independently as past of a design team. I've also seen firsthand how poor practices compound over time, and how thoughtful process choices enable better future work.
